I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. The beautiful colors and traditional Vietnamese motifs created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to move around as a senior. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to aid mobility.
I would have asked for more assistance from the children working there. An extra helping hand or two for us seniors would have made our vacation even better.

The rooms at Saigon Mui Ne Resort were simply wonderful. They were spacious and had views of the beautiful tropical garden and the beach. I felt so relaxed and at peace in the cozy atmosphere. As an old person, it was the perfect retreat for me.
Personally, I found the room temperature control a bit tricky to adjust. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Nice room, even though we were across the street from the actual hotel and beach.
The receptionist was really rude and unhelpful. We were going to stay another night but she was going to charge us more than the first night so we went to Alezboo Resort which was amazing!

The resort is absolutely amazing, with breathtaking gardens and a beautiful beach. The accommodations are comfortable and spacious, with large balconies and terraces. The staff, especially those in the restaurant and at reception, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent with a variety of tasty options. The beach and pool area were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. The resort also offers kite surfing hire and instruction, which was top-notch. it was a mind-blowing experience with incredible infrastructure and a relaxing atmosphere.

I enjoyed the location, perfect for relaxing after a couple of days in the city. The facilities are very good and the food at the breakfast great.
The staff. They were very rude and unfriendly. At our arrival they asked for our passports and did not explained why they wanted to keep them at the reception. Then they gave us bad informations regarding several issues and during our stay they were not capable of smiling to the customers.

Slept in the cheaper part of the hotel [across the street, about 100m from the beach], but the room was very comfortable, clean, big and cosy. Definitely the best value for the money. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast incredible - huge choice of meals and drinks. The location is perfect, at the beautiful and clean beach [which is not in the whole Mui Ne], beautiful swimming pool in tropical garden. Definitely recommend it!!!!!!

I chose Saigon Mui Ne Resort specifically because it is conveniently located near the Sea Links City and Fairy Stream, where I wanted to visit. However, the staff at the resort exceeded my expectations by being understanding and accommodating to all my needs. The Sea-Breeze Restaurant, serving a variety of cuisines including Western, Asian, Vietnamese, and seafood, was a pleasant surprise.
Difficult check-in process, slow service, door problems, unresponsive reception at night, and occasional closure of the beach bar were minor inconveniences. The room being on the "road side" meant it was further from the beach.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location right on a beautiful beach with strong waves, perfect for romantic walks. The hotel facilities including the pool area and afternoon tea/coffee sessions were great. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with a wide variety of Western and Asian options to choose from. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful garden and beach, well maintained.
The staff, especially in the reception, is the most unpleasant I have ever experianced. If you are a solo female traveller, don't go to this hotel! I get that in the traditional, conservative Vietnam, solo female travellers are maybe not the most common thing. However, I do espect the staff of a resort like this to be more polite and helpful. I experienced far better service and attitude at much cheaper hotels. A few examples - they offer tours in the reception, I asked if I could join one of them or if it could be arranged, the receptionist looked at me and laughed - for only one person? No, but I can call you a taxi. Then, upon check out - had to check out at 11.30. my transport back to HCMC was at 13.30. In order to use the chairs at the pool or beach, you have to have the blue towel from the hotel. I asked kindly if I could borrow one for two hours, since it was over 30Celsius, and kind of hot to wander around, but no, this was not possible. Seriously, this kind of attitude is very poor for a 4star resort. Please choose one of the other resorts at Mui Ne.

Bedroom was clean, bed was big and very comfy (not hard like other Asian beds!).Buffet breakfast was good wit western and Asian food. Swimming is beautiful and big.
If you book one of the cheapest room like we did, you will stay on the other side of the road and not in the nicest part of the resort. It wasn't a problem at all for us, it only takes 3 min to walk and the cheapest room are in a nice quiet garden.Price is probably a bit expensive (52usd) for what you get, but I think Mui Ne is a special place and prices are very high.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
